Entering could not be easier, all you have to do is leave a comment on their Win Halo 3 Contest and you get 1 ticket. If you subscribe to their RSS you get 2 tickets( you get 3 tickets for subscribing via Bloglines - I will have to find out why Bloglines grabs you extra tickets).
