Finding a balance is easier said than done, particularly if you're someone that is an insomniac.

I'm working on finding that balance with my blog. Some days the ideas just flow and I can do two days worth of posts in one sitting. Others, I spend all afternoon trying to come up with one post idea. The best is when the ideas come to me out of the blue, then I can sit down for a few minutes and type them up and move on to other activities.
